GOAL 1: By June 2014, all students will increase performance on targeted written communication skills using instructional interventions implemented in all curricular areas as measured by the TN3 Language Arts subtest and other system-wide and school based assessments. The targeted
skills involve improving in the use of appropriate applications of conventions of grammar and usage in both written and oral formats
GOAL 2: All students will develop higher-level critical thinking skills by applying fundamental skills and knowledge toward analyzing ideas and solving complex problems. Critical thinking will be measured by the TN3 Language Arts subtest and other system-wide and school based assessments.
